Irwin was the distributor of the Master System in Canada. For those of you system variant collectors out there, this is the Irwin version of the standard Power Base. As you can see, it looks like most releases, especially the US version, and is easily recognizable by the 'Irwin' logo located in the upper left as well as the inclusion of French on the box.
