| Hardware Description |
Nothing is known about the company who produced this joystick, Chaang Woei, and nothing will likely ever be found since they hail from pirate heaven. You can still find their company information online, however, and it seems they make a variety of household products now. At any rate, though Taiwan is listed as the country of origin, that's merely where it was made. Anywhere that could have sold this joystick would have, so it doesn't really have an official location. This one came from the United Kingdom. As you can see from the pictures, it's a nearly exact copy of QuickShot's Python joystick down to the colors and button arrangement, making it perhaps the only known pirate joystick for the Master System. It's funny how in the 'feature' list they mention that it's a 9-pin connector, as though that's something you'll only find on this particular stick. Yeah, kind of need that. The warranty was printed directly on the box as well as the instructions on use.
