This is a nice item as Master System II packs go. The Master System II Plus X pack was a special German release during the 1992 Christmas season. What you have is the regular SMSII Alex Kidd model (in spite of Sonic on the box), packaged inside a larger box and including Sonic the Hedgehog and Tennis Ace.
